 Art by Aaron Norris (SWNS pic) Golf Lover Creates Tiger Woods Portrait—Entirely Made of 25,000 Golf Tees (Photos): A golf fan has created a stunning portrait of Tiger Woods made out of 25,000 new and broken golf tees. Aaron Norris finished the artwork last month and has already sold it for an undisclosed amount. The 43-year-old artist says he got the idea after spotting broken tees strewn across his local course. He started picking them up, so they could become part of a future pallet. The 6-foot x 6-foot wall art depicts one of the most famous faces in all of sports reading a putt. “This was an idea I had been thinking about for a long time,” admits the resident of Missouri. “Every time I played golf I would see all these broken golf tees laying on every tee box. I would always say ‘I could make something out of those’.  Missouri artist Aaron Norris created a stunning mural of Tiger Woods – SWNS “Over the summer and fall, I started picking them up and saving them. I also had all of my neighbors who played golf saving them for me too.” Eventually, he decided that he would create a portrait of Tiger Woods, who is tied for most lifetime PGA Tour wins. Roughly half of the 25,000 golf tees used were collected; he spent $400 buying the other tees. Previous works by the artist includes a Muhammad Ali oil canvas, an Elon Musk mosaic bead portrait, and a painting of the Kelce brothers, two NFL football stars. “I’m from the Kansas City area, and when the Royals won the World Series in 2015, I began to get a lot of sports commissions. “Then a few years later, the Chiefs started winning Super Bowls and the commission work for sports art really started to flood in. The Future Electric Micro Car
 Peugeot’s BB1 Electric Micro Car – the future of electrical urban mobility Peugeot BB1 Electric Car - front photo The BB1 is Peugeot’s foray into the world of micro electric cars and is quite an extraordinary design concept too, inspired by Peugeot’s electric VLV from the 1940s. The vehicle is a cross between a scooter and a car, is powered by two electric motors, mounted in the rear wheels and represents Peugeot’s view for the future of electrical urban mobility. Peugeot says the BB1 is a logical addition to a vehicle line-up that incorporates bicycles and scooters, as well as cars.  The car can transport four people on saddle like seats and features a forward leaning windscreen, described as the “double bubble” roof. The body is made up of a very light carbon fibre structure and access is via the reverse opening doors. Instead of a steering wheel, handlebars are used to free up interior space for the occupants and no pedals are used to control the vehicle. As well as four occupants, the BB1 has a 160 litre capacity boot, ensuring that luggage can still be transported comfortable and is accessible through an innovative tailgate design.  The BB1 is a technology driven car, incorporating rear view cameras on either side, colour multi-function display and audio system, full LED headlights and by plugging in a smart phone into the cars USB port enables telephone, navigation and mp3 functionality.  Performance wise, it can reach 0 to 19mph in 2.8 seconds and 19 to 37 mph in a remarkable four seconds, with a top speed of approximately 65mph. Power for the vehicle is provided by two lithium-ion battery packs supplying energy to the respective electric motors located under the right and left-hand rear seats, with a comfortable range of seventy five miles. A Wild Holden Efijy Concept Car
 A wild 21st Century hot rod Holden EFIJY is a radical custom coupe powered by a V8 Supercar engine. For those unfamiliar with the Holden Marque, Holden is the GM division for Australia and New Zealand. The EFIJY is based on a brand new, state-of-the-art Chevrolet Corvette underbody with advanced technological components. As such the Holden EFIJY uses a 644 hp, supercharged six-litre V8 engine, riding on air-adjustable shock absorbers, and features a touch control LCD screen and fan-cooled LED headlamps. The ‘Soprano Purple’ dark paintwork emphasizes the EFIGY’s curvaceous 5.2-metre long body, the EFIJY recalls classic design cues of the iconic 1953 FJ Holden. The EFIJY has been a long-term dream realised for Chief Holden Designer Richard Ferlazzo, the EFIJY concept was developed as a collaboration with suppliers which reduced impact on the company’s heavy work schedule and ensured the highest possible quality result for the showcar.
